Full Groom
This includes a bath with a thorough shampoo, blow dry, brush out and full styling using clippers, scissors, a nail trim if needed and ear cleaning upon request. For double or smooth coated breeds, de-shedding is included instead of clipping, but scissors can still be used to tidy up the feet, ears and hygiene areas upon request.

Puppy Intro
This is ideal for puppies 12-16 weeks (after 2nd round of shots), and includes a gentle bath and blow dry, a brush out and trimming of the hygiene areas, paws and face. Your pup gets a calm and encouraging introduction into the world of grooming, so they're ready for their full body grooms later on

Nail Trim For Dogs
This includes only a nail trimming. Price is fixed for regular appointments, however especially anxious dogs who need extra care and attention (and may require desensitisation) will cost more due to the extra time it takes to work with them

Desensitisation Sessions
Anxious dogs who struggle with grooming may benefit from desensitisation. This is a process in which your dog is able to set their own boundaries and communicate what their level of comfort is, in a safe and supportive environment. We work our way up over time with lots of encouragement and positive reinforcement (and treats!), as well as counter-conditioning training methods, until your dog is able to be groomed with little to no discomfort.
Intro Session - 15 minutes - £15
Meet & greet, getting to know your dog and their specific struggles and fears.

Terms And Conditions
Our Promise To You:

We will take care of your dogs as if they were our own, treating them with care and patience, and will be devoted to ensuring their wellbeing.

Your dog will have access to fresh drinking water while in the salon.

If at any stage during the grooming process, your dog shows excessive signs of stress, we may finish the groom where it is to prevent unhealthy levels of stress.

We will contact you via call or text when your dog is ready to be collected.

If your dog shows signs of aggression, we may terminate the groom and advise you on how we can proceed.

We cannot diagnose any ailments, but will let you know if we notice anything worrying so that you can seek veterinary advice.
Cancellation/ Late policies:
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
10 Minutes or more is considered late for your appointment, and therefore may be considered cancelled if the length of your dog's groom would interfere with later appointments. Alternatively, you could opt for a shorter groom, such as a bath and tidy up focusing only on the necessary areas if you do not wish for your late appointment to be cancelled. Again, in cases of emergency exceptions can sometimes be made.
Parasites and other disclaimers:
Matting can be extremely uncomfortable or even painful for a dog, and is difficult (and in some cases impossible) to simply "brush out". Any dog that comes in with matted fur will have the matted areas shaved down in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act of 2006; to protect the dog from pain, suffering, injury and disease. This will be discussed with the owner prior to shaving, and help and support will be offered to the owner in regards to keeping their dog's coat healthy in between grooms.
Fleas can be highly contagious, and cause discomfort, pain and possibly illness to pets. It would be irresponsible of us to knowingly allow dogs in the salon after an infested dog has been groomed here. Therefore, if we find fleas on your dog we will contact you immediately to come and pick them up, and the groom will most likely be terminated where it is to prevent further spreading of fleas and flea eggs. In most cases, appointments for the rest of the day will have to be cancelled/ rearranged for the safety and comfort of all pets, and so that the salon can be deep cleaned and treated for fleas. In these cases there will be a £25 charge for deep cleaning on the salon. In these cases, we will not be able to refund a paid deposit, so please make sure you keep up to date on your dog's flea treatments.
